Branch Check-In

Plan ahead and save some time. Use our Mobile App to view wait times at the branch of your choice. Reserve your spot in line and check in before you get there.

How do I use Branch Check In?

  • Launch the RFCU mobile banking app and click “More”
  • Select the “Branch Check-In” link
  • Choose your branch and service
  • Use your check-in code at the branch to confirm your arrival

Remote Deposit

Snap, click, deposit. There’s no need to visit a branch or an ATM to deposit a check. You can do it all from your phone—safely, easily, and quickly. And your funds will be available right away.

Must be RFCU® member with online banking and PIN/password to use RFCU mobile banking, text banking, and bill pay. Must be eligible for membership and open a share savings account to join RFCU. A $5 minimum balance is required to open share savings account and must be maintained in share savings account at all times.  Some restrictions may apply. Standard wireless carrier text message and/or data rates and fees may apply; check with your carrier for more information.

Debit Card Control:

Must have compatible mobile device to use service.  Certain functions of the service may not be available for all transactions or at all times.  Controls and alerts based on the location of mobile device or location of merchant may not apply appropriately in some transactions and in some card-not-present transactions.  Must have checking account to obtain a debit card.  Must not have caused RFCU® a loss in order to be eligible to open a checking account. Minimum opening deposits, average monthly balances, and monthly checking maintenance fees apply to the checking accounts and vary per checking account type. Age and other restrictions may also apply.

ATM:

Fees may apply for viewing account balance at some AllPoint ATM locations. There are no surcharges for withdrawing funds from AllPoint ATM locations. Fees for use of foreign or non-proprietary ATMs may apply.

Must have online banking, mobile banking, and PIN/password to use Remote Deposit Capture. Must be a member at least 13 years old and in good standing for at least 90 days to qualify for Remote Deposit Capture. Additional qualifications apply for Gateway Checking® accounts.
