Delete Your Online and Mobile Banking Access

Redstone Federal Credit Union values your privacy. If you wish to delete your online banking access (how you log in to our online banking system and our mobile app), please email us at info@redfcu.org. Please include a current phone number where you can be reached should we need to contact you regarding your request and the reason for deleting your access.

Your online and mobile banking access will be deleted within 3 business days.

Please note once we delete your access:
  • You will no longer be able to log in to online banking or the Redstone mobile app.
  • If you are enrolled for electronic statements and notices, your preferences will be changed to receive paper statements and notices.
  • Activities you previously set up within Redstone’s online banking or mobile app may be disabled and/or deleted. These include, but are not limited to, real-time account alerts, bill payments and payee info, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services.
  • Your Redstone financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This request is only for deleting your online/mobile banking access.
