Redstone’s community outreach recognized by CU Times
Credit Union Times has selected Redstone Federal Credit Union as one of its finalists across 27 categories for the 2026 CU Times Luminaries Awards.
Redstone is a finalist in the Community Impact category for credit unions with assets of $4 billion or higher. Its Community Impact entry focused on its outreach to thousands of children and adults through its give back efforts and financial education programs.
Through Community Champions, the Community Impact Grant Program, Acts of Brightness, and relationship-driven financial education, Redstone honored hometown heroes, strengthened nonprofits, surprised families with hope, and helped individuals understand and grow their finances.
The CU Times Luminaries Awards recognize credit union leaders, rising stars, credit unions and industry partners whose work is making an impact across the cooperative financial services industry. Rather than focusing solely on organizational size or financial performance, the program highlights measurable impact, creative problem-solving, leadership and efforts that strengthen credit unions and the communities they serve.
The finalists will be honored and winners announced in November during the 2026 CU Times Luminaries Awards & Gala in Orlando, Fla.
