How do I get my Mobile App?

Simply go to your app store on your device and search for Redstone Federal Credit Union® or click the appropriate icon above or to the right.

How do I deposit checks with the Mobile Banking app?

With our Mobile App, you don’t have to wait in line anymore. Deposit a check into your account by simply taking pictures of the front and back and uploading them from your phone or iPad (version 2 or later). View the Demo

How do I use Branch Check In?

  • Launch the RFCU mobile banking app and click “More”
  • Select the “Branch Check-In” link
  • Choose your branch and service
  • Use your check-in code at the branch to confirm your arrival

What is Debit Card Control?

Debit Card Control** is available only in the RFCU® mobile banking app (more > Debit Card Control) and lets you set how and where your debit card can be used. You can customize your debit card use preferences: turn it on and off; control where it’s used; receive alerts. Card Control helps safeguard your debit card from fraud, and combined with EMV/Chip Technology, makes your card more secure than ever.

What is Credit Card Control?

Credit Card Control is available in the RFCU mobile banking app or Online Banking (Credit Card Info > Account Services > Credit Card Control) and lets you create customized notifications to monitor credit card activity and receive real-time notifications.

How do I use text banking?

Just activate text message banking the next time you are logged into online banking. Then whenever you want to know more about your accounts while you are out, just send one of the keywords listed below to 454545. You will receive the information on your phone in a few moments. (Text Banking Demo)

Must be a member with RFCU credit card and have online banking and/or mobile banking, and PIN/password to access Credit Card Control.

Must be RFCU® member with online banking and PIN/password to use RFCU mobile banking, text banking, and bill pay. Must be eligible for membership and open a share savings account to join RFCU. A $5 minimum balance is required to open share savings account and must be maintained in share savings account at all times.

Must have online banking, mobile banking, and PIN/password to use Remote Deposit Capture. Must be a member in good standing for at least 90 days to qualify for Remote Deposit Capture. Additional qualifications apply for Gateway checking accounts.

Must have checking account, online banking, and PIN/password to participate in Redstone Rewards.  Rewards are provided by participating merchants.
