With the Mobile App, you can:

Use the Mobile App to check into a branch to save time.
If need to see a Member Service Representative at a branch, just use your Mobile App to reserve your space before you arrive. This way, you can see how many members are waiting and choose a branch convenient for you! Simply click the More tab in the Mobile App and then Branch Check-In. Scroll through the branches, choose the one you want, then click check-in. Fill out the info and your place will be saved in line. It’s that simple and easy!

Card Control: Must have compatible mobile device to use service. Certain functions of the service may not be available for all transactions or at all times. POP Money: Must be RFCU® member, be at least 18 years old, and have a checking account, online banking and PIN/password to use Popmoney. Must have online banking, mobile banking, and PIN/password to use Popmoney via mobile banking. There is no fee for standard transfers and a $3 fee for next day transfers.

Remote Deposit: Must be 13 years old or older and must be a member in good standing for at least 90 days to qualify for Remote Deposit Capture.

My Virtual StrongBox: Additional storage space may be purchased for a fee. My Virtual Strongbox is a product of Digital Mailer. RFCU does not warrant, guarantee or insure any product or service provided by Digital Mailer. RFCU and Digital Mailer are separate entities.

Stop Payment: There is a $25 charge for each stop payment request.

Transfers: Transactions are credited as of the date of receipt. However, transactions made after 6:00 pm CST may not be credited until the following business day. Transactions may take up to two business days to be posted to your account.
