You can now contact us through chat or request a Callback online!

We all love saving time. In this day and age, we’re always working on getting more done in less time. We’re happy to announce two new time-saving ways to contact Redstone when you need to get things done! When you’re in need of our assistance, you can now chat with us online or request a Callback online. Two simple, easy, and convenient ways to get in contact with Redstone.

Want to chat with one of our experienced representatives? Simply go to our web Chat contact page, and fill out the information requested. You’ll then have a chat box, allowing you to directly chat with us! It’s the simple way to contact Redstone for any of your service needs. Plus, we all love multitasking, and chat makes it simple to get in contact with us while still continuing your day.

Rather talk to a representative on the phone? You can now request a Callback from one of our representatives online! No need to dial in and go through the call tree. Head on over to our Callback page, and fill out the information. You’ll then be placed in a queue and will get a Callback from a representative the minute one becomes available.

Both of these options are available from the Contact Us page on our website and inside Online Banking. In Online Banking, click the Chat/Contact Us link at the top right, and choose the option you want from the pop-up box. You’ll soon be talking or chatting with a representative to help you with whatever your banking needs may be.

Our Chat and Callback hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm.
