HR Solutions for small business

Small business owners tend to have more tasks than time to tackle them. Managing human resources, in particular, can drain your limited time and resources when you need to pour yourself into growing your business and staying profitable.

When you can’t hire extra staff to handle those administrative tasks, you should consider what other options are out there to get the job done.

Redstone Federal Credit Union® has teamed up with Paychex®, an HR solutions firm, to give small business owners an affordable, full-service option for outsourcing payroll and payroll tax administration.

“Small businesses have told us that they need a full payroll solution, “said Sherry Swinford, manager of Business Services and Support at Redstone. “We looked at several companies and chose Paychex. They offer customized solutions for businesses with two or more employees.’’

Attendees will also learn about Redstone’s wide array of other cash management services available for businesses of all sizes. Services such as business online banking, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture and much more.

If you can’t attend, Redstone can do a referral for the business member and a company representative will get in touch with them.

“If you’re a business owner who is looking for payroll options for the new year, now is the time to get all the information you need to get that going,’’ Swinford  said.

Inc. Magazine named Paychex Flex the best HR outsourcing for small businesses overall.
